Stephen has worked in financial services for over 20 years and most recently been one of the founder executives of Shawbrook Bank where he had the role of Deputy CEO and MD for Property lending. He has a wealth of experience in all areas of lending to professionals in the property development, refurbishment and investor markets. During his career he has overseen c £7bn of lending into the market and also has his own direct experience in property development and investment.

Karen has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of property lending.  Her focus and drive is very much committed to defining and designing better products and processes that better serve the needs of property professionals looking to develop, refurbish or invest into residential or commercial property.

Martin has worked in financial services for over 30 years, including working in equity and currency markets.  He started his career working in the residential mortgage market in 1996 for Royal & Sun Alliance and has now worked in the more specialist sector for the last 15 years supporting introducers and client with their requirements for International Funding, and more recently Commercial, Development and Bridging finance as Head of Commercial & Development Finance at Black Book Finance Hamptons International.
